FinnEPS also manufactures highly insulated steel-structured small buildings for industry, accommodation service providers and private individuals. The structure is highly insulated steel and is suitable for floor, wall and roof structures in both warm and cold buildings.

FinnEPS Oy is one of the very few developers of the EPS-steel-shear combination technology in the entire world, and even the only one in the Nordic countries. The technology enables the construction of a completely new, energy- and cost-efficient production for various industries. The material of the steel elements is fire-safe and has an M1 emission classification. The finished building is lightweight and easily movable. FinnEPS Oy has its own certified steel frame manufacturing and formwork manufacturing.
